This page contains the official terms governing the relationship between kisetoto and all users of our platform. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, logging in, or using kisetoto services in any form, you legally declare that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
These terms apply to all users, including visitors without an account, registered members, and users accessing the platform via mobile app or browser. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using or registering on the kisetoto platform.
By continuing to use the platform after any published changes to the terms, users are deemed to have accepted the updated terms in full and without condition.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at kisetoto. Account registration requires the submission of accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including full name, a valid email address, and an active phone number. Providing false information may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
Users are fully responsible for the security of their login credentials, including their password. kisetoto is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account information confidential. Contact our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
An identity verification process (KYC) may be required before users can make a withdrawal. Identity documents that are uploaded must be valid, legible, and consistent with the account information provided at registration. Accounts that fail to complete the verification process may have their access restricted until verification is completed.
3. User Obligations & Platform Usage Rules
Users must use the kisetoto platform in accordance with applicable regulations and must not engage in any unlawful activities, including fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse. Any attempt to manipulate the system, betting odds, or game outcomes will be dealt with firmly.
The use of third-party software, bots, automated scripts, or other technical methods to access or exploit the platform unfairly is strictly prohibited. Users are also prohibited from attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or from reverse-engineering our systems.
kisetoto reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user found to be in breach of these terms without prior notice, and reserves the right to withhold account balances suspected of having been obtained through rule-violating means pending further investigation.
- Creating more than one account per individual or per device is prohibited.
- Lending or borrowing an account to or from another party is prohibited.
- Using kisetoto services for commercial purposes without written authorization is prohibited.
- Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their region of residence.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the kisetoto platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, as well as withdrawal limits, may vary depending on the payment method used and are subject to change at any time. Users are advised to always check the latest terms on the account page before making a transaction.
Available payment methods include local bank transfers such as BRI, BCA, and Mandiri, as well as digital wallets such as OVO, Dana, and GoPay. Deposit processing times are typically within minutes, while withdrawals usually take anywhere from a few hours to 1×24 business hours, depending on the chosen method and account verification status.
Bonuses and promotions received by users are subject to applicable rollover requirements. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly before the specified wagering requirements have been met. Any form of bonus abuse, including creating duplicate accounts to receive bonuses repeatedly, will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.
Transaction amounts shown on the platform are indicative. Kisetoto is not responsible for processing delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment service providers.
5. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property Rights
kisetoto provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free of technical issues, viruses, or errors. We are not liable for financial losses, data loss, or other damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including network disruptions beyond our control.
All content on the kisetoto platform, including interface design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of kisetoto or the relevant licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes without written permission from kisetoto.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. kisetoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Use of external links is entirely at the user's own risk and responsibility.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
kisetoto reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without individual notice to each user. Changes will be published on this page with the date of the most recent update noted. Users are advised to check this page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the terms currently in effect.
Terms & These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where kisetoto operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved through the mechanisms established by the platform, including mediation or arbitration before pursuing formal legal action.
If any provision in this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be removed or adjusted to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full.
